Abstract

A very unusual case of duplicate exstrophy of the bladder with a fistula between the two components is presented.
It is stressed the importance of the recognition of the malformation as a guide-line to the proper treatment.

Zusammenfassung

Die Verfasser stellen einen sehr seltenen Fall der verdoppelten Ekstrophie der Blase mit Fistel zwischen beiden Komponenten vor.
Es wird die Bedeutung der Diagnostik der Mißbildung als Richtschnur für eine richtige Behandlung hervorgehoben.
